My research has mostly focused on the geochemical progressions of igneous rocks during the first evolutive stages of intra-oceanic arcs and the contextualization of magmatic-hydrothermal mineralization within this tectonic framework. More recently, I have been investigating the mineralogical expression, distribution patterns, and enrichment mechanisms of the so-called high-tech elements in a diversity of magmatic-hydrothermal, hydrothermal, and residual deposits.
